Fireplaces Delivered goal is to make everyone's house a happy, cozy place and deliver the fireplace that matches to their choices, sizes and wants with a smile on our faces.

Return Policy:

Fireplaces Delivered will refund your purchase amount and will take off return shipping charges should you be dissatisfied with any fireplaces or simply change your mind. 

  • You must inform us of your desire to return the item within 30 days.
  • The item must be returned in sellable condition in the original packaging.
  • Our return policy applies to cancellations made after an item has shipped or refusal at time of delivery.
  • You will be responsible for return shipping charges (Buyer's remorse instances).
  • There is no restocking fee charged for items returned in their original packaging.
  • Refunds will be applied to same payment method used when original purchase was made.

Damages or Defects:


Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to admin@fireplacesdelivered.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.


Cancellations & Refunds:


All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
